A 56-year-old woman AZ had R radical mastectomy and Sentinel Lymph Node Biopdy( SLNB)( clinically, radiological and biopsy proven 23x19x18 mm R breast cancer) localised axillary nodes with Blue die in Bahria International Hospital on 17/05/2026 and discharged on 18/05/2026 after removal of chest drain .

She made marvellous postoperative recovery .

She is postmenopausal therefore
I started
Letrozole 2.5 mg ( anastrazole) daily for 5 years with annual mammogram of other breast and regular check up.
I have arranged Bone mineral density (DEXA scan) before starting Hormonal treatment because of osteoporosis risk.

Radio or chemotherapy is not advised in early node negative Breast cancer scoring pT2N0M0 disease with clear margins and no adverse features.
