Nutrition department of the hospital works closely to educate, counsel and support patients who need to change their eating habits in order to improve their health condition. Our approach is holistic and involves not only the patients but also their families.

- Camp 1:
On 19th June 2017, we hosted a free nutritional camp at Bahria International Hospital. Free diet plans and counseling was done for patients. Majority cases were obesity and heart diseases related.
- Camp 2:
On 19th September 2017, a nutritional awareness camp was hosted at PakTurk School, near Wapda town. Free counseling and plans were provided to the students and the staff. They loved the camp efforts done by Dr. Fatima Syed so much that they invited us over again at the school.
- Camp 3:
Another successful camp was hosted again on 24th September 2019 at PakTurk School, Wapda Town campus under supervision of Dr. Fatima Syed, during PTC meeting with Noor-ul-Amin (Director Punjab Food Authority) as a chief guest. Free counseling and diet plans were provided to students, staff and parents. Our efforts were appreciated by the director of Punjab Food Authority.
- Camp 4:
On 11th July 2019, our team went to host a camp at Ripah International University. It was a successful camp which included a seminar and the topic discussed was FAD diets.
